What to do if hot water is not available with State Water Heaters Water Heater?
    • C
      Carrie LeeAug 15, 2025
If hot water is not available when you open a fixture with your State Water Heaters Water Heater, first ensure the unit has a 120 VAC, 60 Hz power supply. Check that the power button is turned on, and verify that both the gas and water supply valves are fully open. Also, make sure the filter on the cold water inlet is clean. Confirm the hot water fixture is sufficiently open to draw at least 0.5 GPM (1.9 L/min) through the water heater, and check if the unit is frozen.
