Adjust lumbar support by grasping handles and sliding up or down for comfortable fit into lower back curve.
Adjust arm height with button under cap; slide caps for width, pivot, and depth. Keep elbows close to sides, wrists straight.
Turn dial for three comfort settings: upright lock, full recline with tension + boost, or full recline with tension.
Lift body weight to raise chair; remain seated and hold lever to lower chair.
Pull handle, slide seat forward/back, release lever. Ensure 2-3" space between knees and seat edge.
