Fault Cause Remedy
Green flashes, yellow
off, red off
No DHW
The shower head/ aerator are scaled up. Descale or replace the shower head/ aerator if nec-
essary.
The strainer in the cold water inlet is dirty. Clean the strainer.
The flow meter is not plugged in. Reconnect the connecting cable on the PCB.
The flow meter is faulty. Replace the flow meter.
The PCB is faulty. Replace the test assembly.
Green flashes, yellow
on, red off
The display is completely off.
Loose set value transducer between PCB and display. Check the set value transducer cable and plug the
cable into the programming unit and/or PCB.
The programming unit connecting cable is faulty. Check the connecting cable and replace if required.
The programming unit PCB is faulty. Check the programming unit and replace if required.
Green flashes, yellow
on, red off
No hot water, the outlet tem-
perature does not match the
setpoint.
The downstream tap is faulty.
Replace the faulty tap.
Internal anti-scalding protection is activated. Deactivate the internal anti-scalding protection.
The heating system is faulty. Replace the test assembly.
The outlet detector is faulty. Replace the outlet sensor.
The PCB is faulty. Replace the test assembly.
Green flashes, yellow
off, red on
No hot water, the outlet tem-
perature does not match the
setpoint.
The high limit safety cut-out is not connected.
Reconnect the connecting cable on the PCB.
The high limit safety cut-out has tripped. Remedy the cause and activate the safety switch.
The high limit safety cut-out is faulty. Replace the high limit safety cut-out.
The mini wireless remote
control LED illuminates but
appliance does not respond.
The mini wireless remote control is not registered.
Register the mini wireless remote control; see "In-
stallation options/ Registering/ Deregistering mini
wireless remote control".
