Material losses
If you cut open the wrong knock-out in the appliance
cover by mistake, you must use a new appliance cover.
f Secure the back panel with an additional screw at the
bottom.
f Secure the connecting pipes of the tap/valve to the appliance.
f Cleanly cut out the openings in the appliance cover. If neces-
sary, use a file.
f Click the cover guides into place in the openings.

10.2.1 Water installation on unfinished walls

f Seal and screw in the twin connectors (not included in stand-
ard delivery).

f Fit the water connections.

f Fit the strainer and the plastic profile washer in the tee for
the cold water inlet.

Damage to the appliance and environmental pollution
The strainer must be fitted for the appliance to function.
f When replacing the appliance, check that the strain-
er is present.
f Screw the connection pipes from the appliance to the tee.
10.2.2 Power cable for finished walls

If you cut open the wrong knock-out in the appliance
cover by mistake, you must use a new appliance cover.
f Cleanly cut or break out the required opening in the appli-
ance cover (for positions, see chapter "Specification/ Dimen-
sions and connections"). If necessary, use a file.
f Route the power cable through the cable grommet and con-
nect it to the mains terminal.
10.3 Completing the installation
f Open the shut-off valve in the cold water inlet line.
