1. Lift the front part and stabilize the machine
.
2. Pull out the cotter pin (1) and remove the
washer (2) and the tool holder (3).
3. Pull out the outer cotter pin (4) and remove
the inner shoulder washer (5).
4. Unscrew the three nuts (6).
5. Remove the wheel (7)
To disassemble the hub:
6. Pull out the inner cotter pin (8) and remove
the inner shoulder washer (9).
7. Remove the hub (10), together with the
spacer (11) and the shim washers (12).
When assembling, perform the steps described above in reverse order, taking care to:
– lubricate the hub (10) with grease, using the lubricator (13);
– reassemble the wheel (7) with the inflation valve on the outside and tighten the three nuts (4)
with a torque wrench set to 35-50 Nm,
Always replace broken pins or pins with deformations that may compromise
their function.
Check and restore the correct ination pressure.
