Important Information
The STIHL power edger attachment is
available as an interchangeable
attachment with stub shaft from the
STIHL CombiSystem for mounting to
approved STIHL basic power tools with
a split boom (T models).
Control and assist handles are mounted
to all basic power tools.
The approved basic power tool models
are listed in chapter "Approved Basic
Power Tools".
Other combinations of the edger
attachment and non-approved
power tools are not permitted since
they may result in accidents or
serious personal injury!
This owner's manual contains only
descriptions of procedures and
conditions in which the attachment and
power tool combination differs from the
basic power tool.
For correct operation of your attachment
and power tool combination, also read
and observe the appropriate chapters in
the owner's manual of the basic power
tool you are using.
