Why my Stihl Trimmer does not start?

If your Stihl Trimmer doesn't start, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the cutter bar is in the working position, not the transport position. Check for electrical contact issues between the power tool and battery by removing and refitting the battery after visually inspecting the contacts. A low battery charge (1 LED flashing green) requires charging. If the battery is too hot or cold (1 LED glowing red), allow it to cool down or warm up slowly to about 15-20°C. For a faulty battery (4 LEDs flashing red), refit the battery; if the flashing continues, replace the battery. Overheating of the power tool (3 LEDs glowing red) requires cooling down.
