Why won't my Stihl Lawn Mower engine start?

If the Stihl Lawn Mower engine won't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that you are pressing the control bar for mowing as described in the instruction manual. Check if the fuel tank is empty and refuel if necessary. The fuel line might be blocked, or the fuel itself might be old or of poor quality; in this case, use fresh, good-quality unleaded petrol. Also, make sure the spark plug socket is properly connected and the spark plug isn't dirty, damaged, or has an incorrect electrode gap; clean, replace, or adjust it as needed. Finally, excessive resistance at the blade could be the issue, so set a higher cutting height or start the engine in lower grass.
