Guide the retaining pins (1) into the bores
in the mounting (2). Insert the cotter pin (3)
into the retaining pin bores from above and
allow to engage.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
Tensioning the V-belt (RT 5097,
RT 5097 C, RT 5097 Z):
Pull the tension spring (1) forwards and
attach to the mowing deck as shown.
Tensioning the V-belt (RT 5112 Z,
RT 6112 C, RT 6112 ZL, RT 6127 ZL):
Press the V-belt tensioner lever (1)
forwards and hold in place. Detach the
retainer (2).
Tension the V-belt by relieving the load on
the V-belt tensioner lever (1). Attach the
retainer (2) to the V-belt tensioner lever (1)
as shown.
Installing the V-belt cover:
Press the retaining plate (1) forwards and
hold in place. Fold the V-belt cover (2)
upwards. Guide the retaining plate (1) to
the rear and engage at the two retaining
tabs (3) on the V-belt cover.
Fasten the retaining plate in place using
the screw (1).
