1. Insert the top board into the groove of the previously mounted top
board brackets from top to bottom.
2. Place the top board onto the awning.
Option: Mounting the top board /
1. Place the clamps on each top board bracket. Hook the spring into
the top board, pull it down and attach at the mounting bar
.
2. Open the awning until the front rail is aligned to the top board’s
front (see detail).
3. Adjust the top board inclination with the adjusting screws so that
the band brush leaves a clearance of approx. 5mm to the front rail.
Option: Fastening of the top board /
1. Lubricate the rubber profile with silicon spray or soapy water.
2. Press the rubber profile by hand or by an auxiliary means (e.g.
paperhanger’s roller) into the groove of the previously mounted
cover board.
3. Cut the protruding ends according to the top board length.

Final inspection /
1. Opening and closing the awning:
a) Supervise the cover winding.
b) Check the folding arms behaviour.
c) Verify if both end stops are correct.
If possible perform a functioning, check with the customer and ask
the customer to sign an acceptance protocol.
1. Colgar de arriba a abajo el tejadillo en la ranura del soporte del
tejadillo montado anteriormente.
2. Colocar el tejadillo sobre el toldo.

Colocar los soportes tope junto a los soportes del tejadillo. Enganchar
el muelle tensor en el tejadillo, estirarlo hacia abajo y fijarlo en el
tubo de carga.
2. Desenrollar el toldo hasta que el perfil de caída esté más o menos
nivelado con el borde del tejadillo (ver detalle).
3. Ajustar la inclinación del tejadillo con el tornillo de ajuste, de manera
que las cintas de cepillo estén a unos 5mm de distancia del perfil
de caída.
1. Recubrir el perfil de goma con silicona (utilizando un pulverizador)
o agua jabonosa.
2. Encajar a presión el perfil de goma manualmente o con una
herramienta (p. ej. un rodillo de tapicero) en la ranura del tejadillo
montado anteriormente.
3. Cortar los extremos salientes a ambos lados del tejadillo.
1. Enrollar y desenrollar el toldo.
Controlar el enrollado de la tela, observar el comportamiento
de
los brazos
articulados y verificar si ambos finales de carrera son
correctos.
Si fuera posible, realizar con el cliente un control del
funcionamiento y pedirle que firme un acta de recepción.
