A. With Klöckner Möller controls, the press time is set as follows: The preset value in
the EPROM is approx. 20 seconds. If you wish to increase the press time, you must
set the switches according to demand, whereby Switch 1 extends the press time by
approx 1 second. Switch 4 extends the press time by approx. 4 seconds.
As shown here, Switches 1 and 3 are turned on. This means 4 additional seconds.
8.2 Bales ready signal is triggered constantly
1. Bales ready limit switch misaligned or faulty
8.3 Bale weights not attained (too light)
1. Limit switch cam not set correctly -inadequate press time
