LENS CLEANING:
Never touch the lens with bare hands. Doing so may result in the
deterioration of image quality.
Blow away any dust or debris on the lens (or use a soft lens brush) after
use. Always cover the lens with the lens cap when the device is not in
use.
Ensure that the lens is cool before cleaning it.
To remove dirt or ngerprints, clean with a microber cloth rubbing in
a circular motion. The use of coarse cloth or unnecessary rubbing may
scratch the lens surface and eventually cause permanent damage. A
microber cleaning cloth is ideal for the routine cleaning of your optics.
Simply breathe lightly on the lens to provide a slight amount of moisture,
and then gently rub the lens with the microber cloth.
For a more thorough cleaning, photographic lens tissue and
photographic-type lens cleaning uid or isopropyl alcohol may be used.
Always apply the uid to the cleaning cloth, never directly on the lens.
Do not apply any detergents directly to the lens.
While cleaning, avoid scratching the lens with your ngernails or a sharp
object. This may result in scratches or damage to the lens.
The lens of this Projector is a high-quality lens. As with any optics, special
care must be taken in cleaning the lens. Follow these tips for proper lens
cleaning:
Do not immerse the Projector or remote control in water or any other liquids. It is not allowed
to rinse the devices with water, to prevent the water from leaking into the electrical circuit and
causing malfunctions.
Under no circumstances use aggressive cleanings agent, cleaning alcohol, or other chemical
solutions since these can penetrate the housing or impair functionality.
Do not use abrasive objects for cleaning.
Cleaning must not be performed by children
