Cleaning Schedule (To Be Performed by Service Providers)
FREQUENCY INSTRUCTIONS
Quarterly Condensing Coil:
• Turn off the main power and unplug the case.
• Remove the lower front and rear panels.
• Use compressed air or a vacuum with a brush to remove all dust and debris that may collect
on the coil.
• Place the case back in position and replace the front and rear panels.
• Plug the case back in and turn on the main power.
Quarterly Evaporator Coil:
• Turn off the main power and unplug the case.
• Remove evaporator fan panel and clean tub, coil, and drain with warm water and mild soap
solution. Remove any debris that may clog drain.
• Plug the case back in and turn on the main power.
Quarterly Honeycomb Air Diffuser:
• Turn off the main power and unplug the case.
• Wedge a non-metallic device between the honeycomb and the end panel.
• Apply pressure to collapse the honeycomb to allow it to be pulled out of the honeycomb
retainer.
• Carefully pry downward and away from the honeycomb retainer. Remove entirely from the
case.
• Clean honeycomb with warm water and soap solution. Submerse if necessary.
• After the honeycomb is dry, reverse the steps to reinstall it. Adjust the honeycomb so that it ts
at against the retainer. It must not be wavy or out of position.
• Plug the case back in and turn on the main power.
