How to troubleshoot a Stuart Turner Water Pump that will not start?

If your Stuart Turner Water Pump won't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure there's sufficient gravity flow by checking that the flow rate is at least 0.8 l/min on both hot and cold settings. Then, verify the power supply and check the fuse. Also, make sure the circuit breaker is properly set. If the motor is buzzing, immediately switch off the power and contact Stuart Turner. Finally, allow the thermotrip to auto-reset, confirming the duty point and run time are within the specified limits.
