The Split-Air unit is supplied pre-charged with the right quantity of refrigerant for 5 m distance*
between the evaporating and motor-condensing unit. 80% of the pre-filled refrigerant is in the motor-
condensing unit, the remaining 20% is in the evaporating unit.
After having connected the refrigerant circuit, an additional quantity of the same refrigerant must be
added according to table 2 below, if the distance is more than 5 m.
