Tighten the cylinder head bolts in diagonal order.
(1) Re-use (Oil the screw thread)
● Tighten all bolts (6pcs) by 18 ± 1 N・m primary,
and then tighten longer ones (M10 × 75mm
flange bolt: 4pcs) by 30 ± 1 N・m.
(2) When replace to new cylinder head and flange
bolts (Oil the screw thread)
● Tighten all bolts (6pcs) by 18 ± 1 N・m primary,
and then tighten longer ones (M10 × 75mm
flange bolt: 4pcs) by 38 ± 1 N・m.
