  If your Sullair Air Compressor won't start, there are several potential causes: * The main disconnect switch might be open. Ensure it is closed. * A line fuse could be blown. Replace the fuse. * The motor starter overload may have tripped. Reset it, and if the issue continues, check the motor starter contacts. * The incoming line voltage might be low. Check the voltage, and if it's low, contact your power company.

Check the power supply for a 24V DC output and replace the power supply if necessary. * Low incoming voltage could be the issue. Consult your power company. * Excessive operating pressure may be the cause. Reset the system, and if the problem persists, ensure the line pressure doesn't exceed the compressor's maximum operating pressure. * The separator may require maintenance. Replace the separator. * The machine might be programmed for the wrong pressure setting. Reprogram it using a WSPC-equipped laptop. * A defective regulator valve could be the culprit.
