Fuel Sender Error Warning
The fuel level sensor sig-
nal is out of range.
Check connections at sensor on
tank. Verify source voltage and
ground.
Wires possibly reversed.
Fuel sensor is defective.
Replace.
Single Axle Controller is config-
ured incorrectly (configured for
level switch only). Reprogram
the Single Axle Controller using
the Single Axle Controller com-
munication software, communi-
cation adapter, and PC.
P1 Signal Error Warning
Transducer has no source
voltage.
Verify 5 V dc to transducer.
Transducer has lost
ground.
Verify path to ground.
Output voltage to control-
ler is lost.
Verify 0.5 – 4.5 V dc to controller.
Transducer malfunction. Replace transducer.
P2 Signal Error
Warning/Shutdown/
Prevent Startup
Transducer has no source
voltage.
Verify 5 V dc to transducer.
Transducer has lost
ground.
Verify path to ground.
Output voltage to control-
ler is lost.
Verify 0.5 – 4.5 V dc to controller.
Transducer malfunction. Replace transducer.
Wait to Start Warning
Message from CAT

Wait to Start active.
Check Engine ECM for active
codes/faults and possible config-
uration errors. Contact your
nearest CAT servicing dealer for
resolution.
Oil Pressure Low Warning
CAT DM1 Message
(Engine ECM).
Check oil level and add if neces-
sary. If condition persists, contact
your nearest CAT servicing
dealer for resolution.
Coolant Temp High Warning
CAT DM1 Message
(Engine ECM).
Check coolant level and add if
necessary. Clean radiator if dirty.
Check fan belt tension and
tighten if needed.
