INTRODUCTION
The SUMMIT® BIM-44 G Ice Maker produces hard, crystal-clear, gourmet cube ice,
and offers convenience for homeowners and hotel guests. An insulated ice storage bin is
built in. In addition, you have the option of using an internal or external drainage system.
This user's manual is intended as a resource for persons installing, using and servicing the
model BIM-44 G. It contains valuable information on safety and maintenance. SUMMIT®
APPLIANCE strongly recommends that this manual be kept in a place where it can be
accessed when needed.
The SUMMIT® ice maker is designed and manufactured according to the highest
standards of safety and performance. It meets or exceeds the safety standard of UL563 and
sanitation standard of NSF12.
