Using your Fairy Floss Maker
1.Set the off/floss switch to the FLOSS
position and allow the fairy floss maker to
warm up for a minimum of 5 minutes.
2.Once warm set the off/floss switch to the
OFF position, when the extractor head
assembly has stopped spinning, put one
scoop (as provided) or 3 teaspoons of
granulated white sugar into the centre of
the extractor head and spread evenly. Sugar
should only be put in after the extractor
head assembly completely stops spinning.
NOTE: Use only pure granulated white sugar.
The use of other sugars, including
substitutes, will fail to produce fairy floss. Do
not use caster sugar. Do not use more than
the recommend quantity as excessive sugar
can cause noise and vibration of the unit.
3.Set the off/floss switch to the FLOSS
position. The extractor head assembly
starts to rotate and is heated by the
heating element.
4.After 1-2 minutes, fairy floss will start to
produce fine cobwebs. This forms around
the rim of the bowl.
5.With the paper cones supplied, position
vertically and wind the cone along the
inside of the bowl clockwise, several times.
Once the fairy floss has gripped onto the
cone turn the cone into a horizontal
position and rotate it above the extractor
head assembly to fully wind the fairy floss.
