Fault Cause Corrective measures
The Logger1000
displays the de-
vice state as
disconnection
1. Communication cable between
the device and the Logger1000 is
loose or disconnected.
2. The device operates
abnormally
3. The device is removed or its
configuration is changed
1. Check the cable connection
between the device and Log-
ger1000; and reconnect and
tighten the cable if necessary.
2. Power on the device if the de-
vice connection is correct
3. Check if there is a device re-
placed. If so, research or add the
device manually.
If the device is removed, conduct
the “Device List” operation
through the “Delete”.
Cannot commu-
nicate with the
background
1. The network between the Log-
ger1000 and the background is
failed.
2. Network parameter setting is
incorrect.
3. The forwarding protocol config-
uration is incorrect.
1. Check if the Ethernet port of
the Logger1000 is connected to
the PC or router correctly.
2. Check if the network parame-
ter is set correctly.
3. Check if the forwarding proto-
col is set correctly.
