Overview

The device is an electric pressure washer designed for residential use, suitable for medium-to-heavy duty cleaning tasks. It is intended for cleaning various surfaces and items such as boats, motorcycles, RVs, ATVs, trailers, decks, barbecues, siding, and patio furniture. The pressure washer operates within a temperature range of 32°F (0°C) to 104°F (40°C) and is not to be used in potentially explosive areas. It is designed to be used with cold or lukewarm water, as higher temperatures can damage the pump. The machine consists of a pump encased in a shock-absorbing housing, and it comes with a spray wand and a non-slip handle grip for optimal working position and control.

Usage Features:

Before operation, users must carefully read the operator's manual and safety instructions. The device is equipped with a Total Stop System (TSS), which senses water flow in the pump. When the trigger is released, water flow stops, and the TSS automatically turns off the motor to prevent overheating, save energy, and prolong pump life.

To start, position the washer as close as possible to the water supply on a secure and stable surface in an upright position. Ensure the unit is switched off before plugging it into a power outlet. Verify that the electrical supply voltage and frequency match the rating plate specifications. The GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) built into the power cord plug may need to be reset by pressing the "Reset" button until the power light indicator illuminates. The water supply tap should be turned on completely.

The pressure washer features a safety lock on the trigger gun. Before starting, ensure the safety lock is down, then press the trigger for a few seconds until water flow is steady to allow air to escape and discharge residual pressure. The ON/OFF switch is then turned to the ON (I) position to start the machine. When restarting the motor, the trigger should always be kept pressed. The motor only runs when the trigger is operated and shuts off when released.

The device is equipped with five Quick-Connect nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and Soap) that easily snap onto the spray wand's Quick-Connect collar. Users should select the appropriate nozzle for the cleaning task. The 0° intense-jet nozzle (orange) delivers a high-pressure, pencil-point jet stream for heavy dirt deposits and hard-to-reach areas. The 15° fan-tip nozzle (yellow) is for intense cleaning jobs on hard surfaces like stripping paint, removing oil stains, and rust. The 25° fan-tip nozzle (green) is suitable for cleaning home siding, brick patios, wood decks, driveways, or sidewalks. The 40° wide-spray tip nozzle (gray) is for cleaning cars, trucks, boats, patio furniture, or lawn equipment. The Soap nozzle (black) is used for low-pressure detergent application. Nozzles should never be changed without locking the safety lock on the trigger handle.

For cleaning with detergents, only those specifically designed for pressure washers should be used. Household detergents, acids, alkaline solutions, bleaches, solvents, flammable materials, or industrial-grade solutions are strictly prohibited as they can damage the pressure washer and the cleaning surface. The detergent tank cap with suction tube is removed, and the onboard detergent tank is gently pulled out from its storage position for filling. The detergent is then filled or mixed as recommended, and the tank is replaced with the cap secured. The soap nozzle (black) is installed on the spray wand. When the pressure washer is turned on and the trigger is pulled, liquid detergent automatically mixes with water and is discharged through the nozzle. It is recommended to test the detergent in an inconspicuous area first. The detergent dial allows adjustment of the suction volume of the detergent solution. Detergent should be applied from bottom to top on a dry surface, allowed to remain for a short time, and then rinsed. It is crucial not to let the detergent dry on painted surfaces. After using detergent, the tank must be drained and rinsed by running the pressure washer until all soap is cleared.

To shut down the machine, turn the switch to the OFF (0) position and unplug the power cord. Turn off the water source and hold the trigger to release water pressure. Disconnect the garden hose from the water inlet and the high-pressure hose from the trigger gun handle. Release the trigger and engage the gun safety lock. If taking a break of five minutes or more, engage the gun safety lock, turn off the switch, and unplug the power cord.

Maintenance Features:

Before performing any maintenance, the pressure washer must be disconnected from the electrical power supply.

The adapter filter should be checked and cleaned regularly to ensure good performance. Remove the filter and rinse it with warm water to prevent foreign matter from clogging the pump.

The nozzle should be cleaned using the provided needle clean-out tool. Remove the spray wand from the gun, clear any dirt from the nozzle hole, and rinse. Additional debris can be removed by back flushing water through the nozzle and spray wand using a garden hose.

For winterizing and long-term storage, especially in locations where temperatures fall below 32°F (0°C), it is recommended to use a pump protector to prevent cold weather damage. All water connections should be disconnected. The pressure washer should be turned on for a few seconds until all remaining water exits the pump, then immediately turned off. The high-pressure hose should not be kinked. The machine and accessories should be stored indoors in a dry, covered area that does not reach freezing temperatures and away from heat sources that could dry out pump seals. Before reusing after winter storage, the unit must be completely flushed with clear water to remove any anti-freeze products, which can damage paintwork.

The device is not suitable for connection to potable water mains, and if such a connection is made, the system must be protected against backflow. Only clean water without impurities should be used; unfiltered water or water containing corrosive chemicals will damage the washer. The power cord connections should be kept dry and off the ground. If the power cord is damaged or shows signs of wear, the pressure washer should not be used, and customer service should be contacted. Hoses, fittings, and couplings should be regularly inspected for damage and replaced if necessary. The machine should be kept on a stable, flat surface during operation, handling, transportation, and storage to prevent overturn and bodily injury. In case of an accident or breakdown, the machine should be switched off immediately. If contact with detergent occurs, rinse with clean water.
