Stand up the machine base by separating U-Frames and sliding protective covers.
Remove screws from pivot arms, slide into bed frame brackets, align holes, and reassemble screws.
Insert pivot arms into grooves on rear U-frame plates, ensuring rollers engage.
Attach heel holder brackets and holders to the rod, slide through boom, and secure with bolts.
Slide foot bar into adjustable boom and secure with bolts, nuts, and washers.
Release spring knob, adjust instep frame to horizontal, and slide foam onto post.
Adjust boom height using knobs and scale; release spring knob to lock boom in place.
Attach handlebars to the rear U-frame using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Attach nylon strap to strap lock by threading through and pulling tight.
