Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Stabilizers

Attach Front and Rear Stabilizers to the Main Frame using specified bolts and washers.

Step 2: Attach Upright Post and Bolt Caps

Attach the Upright post and Bolt Caps to the Main Frame using specified hardware.

Step 3: Attach Pedals

Attach the Left and Right Pedals to their respective Pedal Tubes using bolts, washers, and nuts.

Step 4: Attach Handlebars

Attach the Left and Right Handlebars to their respective Swing Rods using carriage bolts, washers, and nuts.

Step 5: Attach Computer and Connect Wires

Connect sensor and pulse wires to the Computer and attach it to the Upright Post.

Adjust resistance by rotating the Tension Control Knob clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease.
