Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Front Stabilizer

Attach Front Stabilizer (1) to Main Frame (2) using 2 Screws (43) and 2 Washers (45).

Step 2: Attach Rear Support

Attach Rear Support (3) to Main Frame (2) using 4 Screws (43) and 4 Washers (45).

Step 3: Prepare Meter Attachment

Remove 2 Screws (46) and 2 Washers (47) from Meter (34) with Allen Wrench (14).

Step 4: Attach Meter to Support

Attach Meter (34) onto Meter Support (5) using 2 Screws (46) and 2 Washers (47).

Step 5: Connect Meter Link Wire

Connect Link Wire (E) with Trunk Wire (35). Attach Meter Support (5) to Main Frame (2).

Step 6: Attach Handlebars and Pedals

Insert Bolts (53) into Main Frame (2). Insert Foot Rest Shafts (16) through Pedals (28, 29).

Step 7: Attach Handlebars

Attach Handlebars (6) to Rotating Armrest (4) using Bolts (54), Washers (52), and Nuts (55).

Step 8: Attach Seat

Attach Seat (19) to Seat Support (8) using 4 Screws (43) and 4 Washers (45).

Adjustment Guide

Adjusting the Pedals

Adjust Pedal Straps (48) for user's foot/shoe size by pulling them.

Adjusting the Resistance

Turn Adjustment Knob (C) on Hydraulic Cylinder (13) to set tension level (1-12).

Exercise Computer

Specifications and Functions

Details TIME, COUNT, CALORIES, REPS/MIN, TOT. CNT specs and defines TMR, CNT, CAL, TOT.CNT, CN/M functions.

Battery Information

Monitor requires 2 AAA batteries; replace both simultaneously and do not mix types or old/new batteries.
