Assemble the Upright Extension into the Main Upright and secure with the Adjustable Foam Roller Tube and Locking Knob.
Attach the Rear Leg Support to the Main Frame using a bolt, washers, and a pin.
Connect the Main Upright to the Main Frame using bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Attach the Padded Bench and install Foam Rollers onto the main structure.
Clean equipment after use, inspect and tighten hardware, check component mobility, lubricate if needed.
Thoroughly inspect all parts, including nuts, bolts, screws, and moving components.
Inspect the frame and inner working components for wear and tear or damage.
