  • Seat (No. 71)
  • Pedals (No. 49L/R)
  • Front Stabilizer (No. 1)
  • Rear Support (No. 69)
  • Computer (No. 13)
  • Tension Control Knob (No. 14) for resistance adjustment.
  • Pull Pin (No. 60) and Knob (No. 47) for folding/unfolding.

Usage Features

Assembly: The manual provides detailed step-by-step instructions for assembly, including attaching the front stabilizer, pedals, seat, sliding rail, and computer support. Specific bolts, washers, and wrenches are indicated for each step.

Console Operation:

  • MODE Key: Press to select and lock on a function (SCAN → TIME → COUNT → DIST → CAL → TOTAL COUNT (TOT) → SPM → T/500M → SCAN). Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset values to zero (except TOT).
  • SCAN: Automatically cycles through display functions every 6 seconds.
  • COUNT: Displays current strokes.
  • DIST: Displays current distance.
  • TIME: Displays total workout time.
  • TOTAL COUNT (TOT): Displays total strokes since battery installation.
  • CALORIES: Displays calories burned.
  • SPM: Displays strokes per minute.
  • T/500M: Displays time for 500 meters.

Sleep Mode: The system turns on when the MODE key is pressed or a signal is received from the sensor. It automatically turns off after approximately 4 minutes of no signal input or key presses.

Pedal Strap Adjustment: The pedal straps are adjustable to fit the user's foot size. Users are advised to adjust them before exercise to prevent injury.

Moving the Rower: To move the rower, lift the Rear Support (No. 69) until the transport wheels on the Front Stabilizer (No. 1) touch the ground. The rower can then be easily transported.

Adjusting Resistance: The Tension Control Knob (No. 14) allows users to adjust the resistance level. Turning it clockwise increases resistance (Level 1 is lowest, Level 8 is highest), and counter-clockwise decreases it.

Adjusting Balance: If the rower is unbalanced, the End Caps (No. 70) on the rear support can be adjusted.

Folding Guide: The rowing machine can be folded vertically to save space. This involves disassembling the Knob (No. 47) and Washer (No. 46), pulling out the Pull Pin (No. 60), and folding the Sliding Rail (No. 62) to a vertical angle. The seat will glide down during this process. The Pull Pin, Knob, and Washer are then reinserted to secure the folded position.

Unfolding Guide: To unfold, the Pull Pin (No. 60), Knob (No. 47), and Washer (No. 46) are removed. The Sliding Rail (No. 62) is gently lowered, and the Knob, Washer, and Pull Pin are reinserted to secure the rail in the horizontal position.

App Connection (SunnyFit App):

  • Download: Scan a QR code or search in the app store for SunnyFit.
  • Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device.
  • Registration: Register for a free SunnyFit account if it's the first time using the app.
  • Connect: Start a workout activity in the app that matches the smart equipment, then follow prompts to search and connect.
  • Tracking: Once connected, stats and records are displayed and saved in the user's profile.
  • Troubleshooting: A guide and support contact (support@sunnyfit.com) are provided for connection issues.
