It could also be that the lower thread is too short, doesn’t unwind smoothly, or is too weak or elastic. Try adjusting the upper thread tension, removing any dents using a whetstone or sandpaper or changing the movable blade. Adjust or change the bobbin case spring, clean/check for dents in the thread guide on the bobbin case, or change the lower thread.

To resolve this, try re-punching the design tape, correcting the stitches, changing the needle, re-installing the needle correctly, or cleaning the needle and hook.

Also, check/change the solenoid and its connection, and check the connection and change the joint board.
