Adjust or change the bobbin case spring, clean/check for dents in the thread guide on the bobbin case, or change the lower thread.

To resolve this, try re-punching the design tape, correcting the stitches, changing the needle, re-installing the needle correctly, or cleaning the needle and hook.

To fix this, adjust the insert angle of the movable blade to 295 degrees, adjust the picker position, and check and change the fuse F1, F3. Also, check/change the solenoid and its connection, and check the connection and change the joint board.
