Register 40006 MotorOnO provides the status (state) that the owbench motor is currently in when read.
It also allows for the ability to change (set) states when this register receives commands. The following
commands are accepted:
0 = Motor OFF
1 = Motor ON
5.1.6 Setting Leakage
The owbench measures all airow between the calibrated range orice and the open end of the device
under test, including air leakage anywhere in the path. This leakage can be measured and compensated
for.

40026 Leakage Int-16 R/W Sets leakage oset in CFM CFM x10
Register 40026 Leakage provides the status (state) that the owbench leakage value is currently in when
read. It also allows operator to change (set) states when this register receives commands. The register can
be set to the desired leakage rate in the unit of measurement (CFM).
Example:
1.2 = 1.2 cfm
Checking and Compensating for Leakage
1. Close all normal openings on the test device (close the valves on a cylinder head, block o the end of a
lter or muer, etc.).
2. Set the owbench to range #1 (see section "5.1.4 Setting the Range" on page 17).
3. Enter a leakage value of zero (see section "5.1.6 Setting Leakage").
4. Set the Test Pressure to the desired value (see section "5.1.2 Setting the Test Pressure" on page
16).
5. Turn ON the owbench motor (see section "5.1.5 Turning Motor ON/OFF").
6. Allow the owbench reading to stabilize, and note the ow rate.
7. Turn the owbench motor OFF (see section "5.1.5 Turning Motor ON/OFF").
8. Repeat step 3 and enter the leakage value.
