oil
pan
below
the
engine
and
remove
the
engine
oil
drain
plug

and
oil
filler
cap

to
drain
engine
oil.

Remove
the
oil
filter
cap
by
removing
the
three
nuts
(@).
Pull
out
the
old
filter

and
install
the
new
one.

Replace
the
filter
cap
and
tighten
the
nuts

securely.
NOTE:
Before
installing
the
oil
filter
and
filter
cap,
check
to
be
sure
that
the
spring
(5)
and
new
O-rings
(©@
and
@)
are
installed
correctly.

Tighten
the
oil
drain
plug
(@)
securely,
and
add
fresh
oil
through
the
oil
filler.
The
engine
will
hold
about
2
450
ml
of
oil.
Use
an
API
classification
of
SE
or
SF
oil
with
SAE
10W/40
viscosity.
Start
up
the
engine
and
allow
it
to
run
for
several
seconds
at
idling
speed.
Turn
off
the
engine
and
wait
about
one
minute,
then
check
the
oil
level
through
the
inspection
window
(8).
If
the
level
is
below
mark
“F”,
add
oil
to
that
level.
