• Apply engine coolant to the new O-ring of the cylinder head
water outlet pipe 6.
• Tighten the water outlet pipe bolt 7 to the specified torque.
 Cylinder head water outlet pipe bolt:
10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
• Apply grease to the new O-rings of the intake pipes 8.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the intake pipes 8 with “UP” mark G faced upward.
