• The engine switch is pressed with
the gearshift lever in a position
other than “P” or “N” or without
depressing the brake pedal. Try
again as instructed by the mes-
sage.
• Even though the gearshift lever is
shifted, the gear is not shifted to
the desired selector position. Shift
the gearshift lever into “P” with
depressing the brake pedal, and
then operate the gearshift lever
again.
