When stopping or

Rear parking sensors detect an obstacle on the rear side of
the vehicle. Check the surrounding area directly with your
eyes and the mirrors, and back up the vehicle slowly.

Blind Spot Monitor or rear cross traffic alert detect an obstacle
on the rear side of the vehicle. Check the surrounding area
directly with your eyes and the mirrors, and back up the vehi-
cle slowly.

The distance from the preceding vehicle is too close, such as
when a vehicle cut in front of your vehicle while the adaptive
cruise control is operating.
Depress the brake pedal to maintain appropriate distance
from the preceding vehicle.

While the adaptive cruise control was operating, the system
has been canceled or your vehicle has stopped following the
preceding vehicle.
Check the vehicle condition and set the vehicle speed again.
• Continuous beeps
