Motor phase abnormality Contact customer service

Motor hall signal abnormality Contact customer service

Level 3 & 5
Brake abnormality
(commonly happens when
brakes are engaged before
the Power Pack is turned on)
Remove the Power Pack then
either:
- disconnect the brake sensors,
reattach turn on the Power
Pack, then reconnect the brake
sensors
- or, turn off the Power Pack,
ensure the brakes are released,
then turn the Power Pack back
on
30 Flash at all
levels and
both PAS
and Battery
Communication abnormality
(Controller and Display aren’t
connected)
Check the display is connected
to the mount
