No sound:
Make sure volume is up.
Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in.
Make sure your device is properly paired with the speaker.
Increase the volume on your device.
Sound is garbled:
Make sure the speaker is fully charged.
Turn down the volume on your device and the speaker.
Keep both devices within close distance.
Trouble pairing device with the speaker:
Confirm that your device is Bluetooth compatible.
Power cycle the speaker and your device, then try pairing again.
