Sophomore Series 4000 & 5000 Cabinet - Classroom Air Handler - Owner's Manual - Installation, Operation, and Service Instructions
Remove Supply Fan Motor(s) as follows:
1. Turn OFF electrical supply to the unit.
2. Open front service panels of unit using key provided.
3. Disconnect the wire harness from the fan motor. (Fig. 3)
4. Carefully pull the assembly straight out of the unit.
5. Clean dirt from fan blades and around the motor housing.
6. Replace fan assembly in track and push in fully.
7. Reconnect wire harness to fan motor.
8. Close service panels and lock with key, turn electrical power ON, and test
operation of the unit.
