8.0 Replacement Parts
Contact your dealer or the factory for questions concerning prices and policies on
replacement parts.
When ordering replacement parts always give the following information:
• Model and Serial Number of Vertical Classroom Air Handler.
• Installation date of appliance.
• Part Number off of component.
• Description of part.

3. Problem - Compressor Cycles Off and On
a. Low voltage; check for proper supply voltage at unit.
b. Restriction in the air across the condenser; check and clean as required.
c. Check for proper installation of the wall sleeve and louver.
d. Check high-pressure switch and/or low pressure switch (if equipped).
e. Conrm the condenser fan and supply fan speed and operation. Possible fuse open, relay defective, or fan motor faulty.
f. Check for proper refrigerant charge.
4. Problem - Compressor Not Running
a. Ensure control circuit is producing a cool signal.
b. Check fuses. Check for “supply VAC” at relay, then at compressor.
c. Test for 24VAC across relay, check safeguards, freeze protection, high pressure cut out.
d. Test run capacitor (if equipped).
e. Check unit is not in economizer mode below 60°F (17°C) outside ambient.
f. Cycle lock out.
