  If the motor of your SystemAir Fan does not rotate, check the power supply and replace any defective components. Also, ensure the electrical connections match the wiring diagrams. For 3-phase motors, verify that no phase is missing.

  If your SystemAir Fan's air output is insufficient, check the electrical connection against the wiring diagrams. Ensure airflow shutters are fully open and that there are no blockages in the air inlet or duct system. Also, confirm that the product is suitable for the installation location. If you have an EC motor, check the ambient temperature and ensure sufficient space around the motor for cooling. If the air pressure is too low, make necessary changes in the duct system and installed components to increase the air pressure.

  If the SystemAir Fan does not operate smoothly, ensure it is correctly installed and inspect the duct system. If strong vibrations are present, check the installation and duct system. To address operation in a resonant frequency range, adjust the fan speed until smooth operation is achieved. If the fan impeller has deformations because of too high temperatures, replace it and ensure that the temperature of the transported air does not exceed the nameplate value. Ensure that the electrical connection is correctly done. If there is dirt on the fan impeller, clean it carefully.
