White rice cooking chart
Do not cook more than 3 cups of dry white rice in a 6-quart cooker. Cook under low pressure for 5 minutes. Let
the pressure drop naturally for at least 4 minutes.
For a dry rice, use the smaller amount of liquid. For a moist rice, use the maximum.
