Application:
Heating installations, pota-
ble water installations.
Functions:
Balancing-s hutting-draini ng-
filling-measuring pressure drop and
flow.
Nominal pressure:
PN 20
Max. working pressure:
2.0 MPa
=
20 bar
z
300 psi
Max. working temperature:
150 "C
Material:
The valves are made comple-
tely of AMETAL@ and are fitted with a red
nylon handwheel. Prefab insulation of
polyurethane. In connection with
con-
densation insulation, the insulating
materi?' must have its joints taped. Seat
sealing: stem with teflon ring (DN 10
metal sealing).
Draining:
Drain unit suitable for hose
socket (with washer) and wing nut.
Valves supplied with protective Cap but
excluding hose socket.
Fittings:
The pressure test points
besides the metal seal also have stem
sea1 of the O-ring type of EPDM-
rubber. Changeable in service if the
pressure test points are closed.
O-rings of fluorocarbon rubber can be
ordered for plants with continuous
working temperature above 120
"C.
STA-D
R
valves for renovation purpo-
ses:
Frequently, valves of the same
dimension as the pipes are installed,
and this may mean a setting in the lower
range. STA-D R renovation valve with
reduced through-flow gives greater
valve opening and considerably better
accuracy with the same pipe dimension.
Marking:
STA-D R renovation valves are
supplied with a platemarked "STA-D R**
on the handwheel.
Anwendungsgebiet:
Heizungs, Klima-
und Sanitaranlagen.
Funktionen:
Einstellung, Absperrung,
Fullen u. Entleeren, Druckverlustmess-
ung und Durchflu Bmessung.
Nenndruck:
PN 20
Max. Betriebsdruck:
2,O MPa
=
20 bar
Max. Betriebstemperatur:
150
"C
Material:
Die Ventile werden aus
AMETAL@ hergestellt und sind mit
einem roten Drehgriff aus Nylon verse-
hen. Vorgefertige Warmedammung aus
Polyurethan. Bei Kondensatisolierung
muB die Isolierung in den Fugen verklebt
werden. Sitzdichtung: Kugel mit Teflon-
dichtung (DN 10 Metalldichtung).
Entleerung:
Die Ventile werden mit
Schutzkappe, aber ohne Schlauch-
verschraubung geliefert.
Zubehör:
Die MeBnippel haben auBer
der Metalldichtung eine O-Ring Spindel-
abdichtung, aus EPDM-Gummi.
Austauschbar im Betrieb, wenn die
MeBbuchsen geschlossen sind. O-Ringe
aus Fluorgummi können fur Anlagen mit
einer kontinuierlichen
Betriebstempera-
tur uber 120 "C bestellt werden.
STA-D
R
Sanierungsventile:
Ventile
werden oft mit demselben Durchmesser
wie die Rohre montiert, was eine
Einstellung im untersten
Einstellbereich
mit sich bringen kann. Das STA-D R
Sanierungsventil hat einen reduzierten
DurchfluB und bringt dadurch bei ein und
demgleichen Rohrdurchmesser eine
gröBere Ventilöffnung und eine wesent-
lich bessere Regelgenauigkeit.
Kennzeichnung:
STA-D R fur den Reno-
vierungssektor haben eine Scheibe auf
dem Drehgriff mit der Kennzeichnung
STA-D R.
Applications:
Installations de chauffage
et de conditionnement d'air, installa-
tions de distribution
d'eau sanitaire.
Fonctions:
Reglage, mesure de la perte
de charge, mesure du debit, isolement,
memorisation mecanique de la position
de reglage et
vidange.
Pression nominale:
PN 20
Pression de service maxi:
2,O MPa
=
20 bar
Temperature de service maxi:
150 "C
Materiaux:
Vannes entierement fabri-
quees en AMETAL@, poignee en nylon
rouge. Calorifuge preforme en polyuret-
hane (pour rendre etanche I'espace en-
tre les deux demi-coquilles,
utiliser un
ruban adhesif). Etancheite de siege: Le
clapet est
muni d'un joint en PTFE. (DN
10 Joint metallique).
Vidange:
Le robinet de vidange se rac-
corde
a
un tuyau souple,
a
I'aide d'un
raccord approprie. Le robinet de vidange
est muni d'un bouchon et d'un joint
d'etancheite mais sans tuyau souple.
Accessoires:
Les prises de pression
sont pourvues de joints toriques en
caoutchouc EPDM. Les prises etant
fermees, ces joints peuvent etre rem-
places sans devoir interrompre le fonc-
tionnement de I'installation. Pour les
installations fonctionnant
a
une tem-
perature superieure
a
120 "C, il faut
commander des joints toriques en
caoutchouc fluore.
Vannes STA-D
R
pour la renovation:
Souvent, dans les installations existan-
tes, les vannes installees sont du meme
diametre que la tuyauterie. De ce fait, la
position de reglage est souvent situee
dans la partie inferieure de la plage de
reglage. Vu que son corps est reduit, la
vanne STA-D R permet d'effectuer un
reglage avec une plus large ouverture
de vanne, pour la meme dimension que
le tuyau et une
meilleure precision de
reglage.
Marquage:
Les vannes STA-D R sont mu-
nies d'une plaquette marquee: STA-D R
