If everything is correct, proceed to step 4, or re-enter the incorrect

4. WTI APS-8 and APS-16 Units Only
This step is required because of a bug in the firmware of the APS-8
and APS-16 units. The Copy Port Parameters command does not
work for the timeout setting.
