fastening part is loose
Check and tighten
Grass is wrapped round gear case Remove grass
Engine is running but blade
does not move
Movement is poor
Grass is wrapped round gear case Remove grass and dirt
Engine does not stop Stop switch failure
Set the choke lever to START position
to stop the engine
Cease use immediately and contact

Engine stops when throttle
is closed
Idle speed is too low
Contact Tanaka dealer
Blade continues rotating
when throttle is closed
Idle speed is too high
Throttle wire is too taut
