Do not try to draw
product or disassemble
the machine during the
HEAT cycle. The product
is hot and under extreme
pressure.
When the heating cycle is complete, the
STANDBY symbol will be lit.
Three Phases in Heat Cycle
There are 3 phases of the heat cycle:
Heating, Holding, and Cooling. Each
phase has a time limit.
If any one of these phases does not
reach the proper temperature within
the required time limit, the cycle will
automatically abort.
If this happens, you will see a failure
message on the display that tells you the
machine did not successfully complete
the heat treatment.
This product may not
be safe to serve! The
machine will be locked
out (soft lock) of the
AUTO mode. You can
press HEAT (which will
begin a new heat cycle),
or you can press AUTO
to switch the machine
OFF and press WASH
to start the brush clean
process. Refer to Clean
