It is not possible
to press down the
lever.
The capsule does
not fall through
the capsule shaft.
Check whether the used capsule container is full.
Empty it if necessary.
If a capsule is trapped in the capsule opening, fold the
lever back completely and press the capsule through
from the top to the bottom. Do not reinsert a capsule
if it is deformed!
The rinsing process
does not finish;
the water container
is empty, the
indicator light is
flashing red and
the machine is
beeping.
Fill the water container with cold tap water up to the
MAX mark and reinsert the container into the machine.
Continue with step 12 in the section titled “Descaling”–
“Rinsing phase”.
The machine is not
making any milk
froth. The milk is
not being drawn in.
Check whether all parts of the milk container are
inserted correctly. If necessary, disassemble and
reassemble the milk container (see section titled
“Cleaning” – “Disassembling the milk container /
Reassembling the lid for the milk container”).
Clean the milk container as described in the section
titled “Cleaning”.
The milk beverage
buttons do not
light up.
The milk container is not connected properly:
Insert the milk container all the way into the
connection point on the machine.
