Fault phenomenon of main electrical parts:
Freezer fan does not
turn
The refrigeration effect of
freezing/refrigerating
chamber is poor
1. Press and hold the door lamp switch
for 6-10s, and sense whether there is
wind in the air duct by hand
Check whether there is poor
connection at the terminal connector,
and replace the fan assembly
Electric damper cannot
be closed
2. Open the refrigerating air duct
assembly and check the status of the
electric damper
1. Check whether the connector is well
connected
2. Check whether the interface of the
lamps on the main board are normal
3. If all the lamps do not work, check the
door lamp switch and communication
line
4. Some lamp beads are not on, change
the lamp plate
Defrosting doesn’t appear
1. Use universal meter to detect the
resistance value;
2. Check whether the program of the
master control board is in disorder
