Performance fault
The performance fault involves the working conditions of multiple loads. Before analyzing the fault, it is necessary to confirm that the power
connection of refrigerator is normal and the compressor starts normally. The fault maintenance of system shall be carried out in strict
accordance with relevant operation specifications to avoid danger. The following table provides the main fault phenomena and handling
methods of refrigerator. The specific handling method can be changed according to the situation.
Possible cause of failure
The whole
machine is not
refrigerated
The surface temperature and power of
compressor and condenser is high
Replace the process pipe,
check for leakage and refill the
refrigerant
Compressor power is high, the
compressor will stop automatically after
starting for several minutes:
The welding spot at high pressure
end is plugged
Judge the fault point through
the appearance of the welding
point. If it cannot be
determined, cut the welding
spots in reverse order for
troubleshooting and repair:
The compressor runs continuously, but
the power is low and the left and right-
side plates are no obviously heated:
The freezer fan is not running (the
terminal is not connected, the fan is
stuck, etc.)
Check the assembly of the
freezer fan
The magnetic
switch is bad
The refrigeration of the freezer is normal.
The display screen is always on, and the
alarm beeps:
Refrigerating chamber door switch
fails (not installed or poor contact,
etc.)
The
refrigeration of
refrigerating
chamber is
poor
The refrigeration in the freezer is normal,
and the refrigerating chamber is not
refrigerated or continuously refrigerated
to below 0℃, there is no fault prompt.
The damper of the refrigerating
