The equipment draws nominal non-operating power from
the AC outlet with its POWER switch in the OFF position.
POWER switch
When power is ON, the indicator lights.

When moving the player, remove any disc and turn this switch
OFF.
WORD SYNC switch
Turns word sync on or off.
UP CONVERT switches
Control the sampling frequency multiplication on or off, and set
the 2x or 4x multiplication factor.
Disc tray
Display
Remote Sensor
Receives signals from the remote control unit. When you use
the remote control unit, point the top of the remote control unit
at this remote sensor.
OPEN/CLOSE button
Opens and closes the disc tray.
STOP button
Stops playback.
PLAY button
Starts playback.
PAUSE button
Pauses playback.
SKIP buttons
Skip tracks either forward or backwards.
DISPLAY button
Switches the display light.
AUTO SPACE button
Enables playback with four seconds’ pause between tracks.
TIME button
Changes the time display.
REPEAT button, A-B button
Used for repeat playback.
Number buttons
Used for track selection and programmed playback.
SEARCH button
Pressed and held during playback, provides fast-forwarding
and fast-rewinding.
