Dubbing with the DUPLI SYNC Function
1, For deck-to-deck copying, connect the
output of the X-2000(M) to the input of
the copying tape deck* (If your ampli-
fier has copying facilities, connect
through amplifier.) Connect the optional
WR-200 or WR-100 DUPLI SYNC cord
(RC-100/90/70 for WR-100, RC-205/
204/203/202/201/200 for WR-200) be-
tween the X-2000(M) DUPLI SYNC
socket and the remote control socket of
the copying tape deck.
2. Make all normal recording preparations
on the deck leaving it in the Record-
Pause mode. Go on to preparing the
X-2000(M) for normal playback leaving
it without setting the tapes in motion.
3. Press the X-2000(M) DUPLI SYNC
To OUTPUT
switch on (LED lights), and after which,
press » to begin recording. When you
stop copying by pressing the X-2000(M)
PAUSE or @ button, the deck enters
the record-pause mode after entering a
muting mode, the length of which de-
pends on the X-2000(M) AUTO SPACER
control setting.
Pressing the X-2000(M) » key clears
the record muting mode allowing the
deck to begin recording again.
Note: The “A” position of the selector
switch on the WR-200 cord is used with a
bi-direction recording/copying deck such as
the V-909RX/V-707R(X). Otherwise select
the “B” position.

Copie de bande 4 bande 4 l'aide du
fonctionnement DUPLI SYNC
1. Relier la sortie de la X-2000(M) al’entrée
d’un appareil “receveur"’* — la connec-
tion sera réalisée a travers l’ampli si ce
dernier est de type possédant le dispositif
de copiage. Relier, en employant le
cordon DUPLI SYNC WR-200 (ou
WR-100) (disponible sur demande), la
douille DUPLI SYNC située sur le
panneau arriére de la X-2000(M) 4 celle
de la télécommande RC-100/90/70 pour
ta WR-100, RC-205/204/203/202/201/
200 pour la WR-200 se trouvant sur la
platine “receveuse”.
2. La platine “receveuse” mise en mode
pause a |'enregistrement, y faire toutes
les préparations d‘usage pour un enre-
gistrement habituel. Mettre la X-2000(M)
en mode de reproduction sans pourtant
déclencher le défilement de bande.
3. Presser sur la touche DUPLI SYNC de la
X-2000(M) — la diode LED s‘allume —,
puis, en enfoncant la touche de repro-
duction » , commencer |‘enregistre-
ment.
Quand on arréte le copiage en pressant
sur PAUSE ou @ de la X-2000(M), la
platine “receveuse” entre en mode de
pause a l’enregistrement aprés avoir passé
par mode de muting, dont la durée
dépend du réglage AUTO SPACER de la
X-2000(M).
Annuler le mode de muting en pressant
la touche » de la X-2000(M) pour que
la platine “receveuse” reprenne |’enre-
gistrement.
Remarque: La position “A” du sélecteur
sur le cable WR-200 est utilisée avec une
platine 4 enregistrement/copie _ bidirec-
tionnelle comme les V-909RX/V-707R(X).
Dans les autres cas, sélectionner la position
“BM
