It doesn't charge.
Ensure that both ends of the charging dock power cord
are plugged in. Clean the charging station and TECBOT S1
Series contact points and
that the charging dock
indicator is on.
It doesn't return to the charging dock station.
Put the charging dock in an open area. Place your
TECBOT S1 Series near the charging dock and try again.
